The Hollywoodization of SAHDs you saw on the TV was just the producer's attempt to stir up some controversy. I was raised by a SAHM and I have a lot of respect for SAHMs. Since I was laid off from my job a few months ago I have been a SAHM. It's not easy. Your post made me laugh out loud.
