For those of you wondering why Sunday is throwing up, fear not. Sunday Regurgitation occurs every Sunday, when I link to a prior post of mine, because I am trapped under something heavy and am unable to write anything original or riveting. Hopefully someone will notice I’m missing, remove whatever is suffocating me and I’ll be back to normal by tomorrow. But just in case this doesn’t happen, think of me fondly.

You know what I’ve been doing for the past, oh, I don’t know … eleventy million hours?
Screwing around with my new wordpress blog theme, trying to get it ready to go live on April 1.
Know what else I’ve been doing during this time?
- Crying
- Fuming
- Yelling
- Swearing
- Making up new curse words
You know what I’ve NOT been doing during this time?
Anything remotely resembling productivity or success.
I also haven’t been thinking about what to make for dinner tonight.
Earlier this week, I made chicken cordon bleu. From scratch. With a vegetable and roasted potatoes. I even pounded the chicken.
And the vegetable was green. And fresh.
It isn’t even Christmas.
I know!
I think I racked up enough merits from that one meal to serve soup or cereal until next Wednesday with no complaints.
Friday at the very latest.
To honor the fact that I managed to put something on the table that looked good and tasted better and was eaten by everyone with no grumbling, I leave you with Dinner, a post I wrote about the other 364 days of the year.

Im not sure what made from scratch is. Is that when you know how to make something that comes from a box? Hmmm, I’ve never done that. Must put that on my to-do list- not!
What is it with families and leftovers. None of mine will eat them either. My lot are very wary about praising anything I make from scratch too much. Because if they do, they know they’re going to get that meal at least 3 times a week for the next month. They call it overkill, I call it “but you said you loved it”.
Going live on April 1st? Or is it an April fools joke.
